BRIGHT WORK
Our Brightwork - Metal Polishing service is a multi-stage process that removes scratches, pitting, and hazing to achieve a deep, mirror-like shine on your aircraft's metal surfaces.
The process begins with a detailed inspection of all metal surfaces (including spinner heads, inlets, and stabilizers) to assess their condition. We then protect sensitive areas like windows and ports with sheeting and tarps
Using high-speed buffers and various polishing compounds, we repeat the procedure tup to 5 times to strip away built-up corrosion and oxidation. This leaves the metal surface flawless, removing every water spot, scratch, and pit.
DEICING BOOT MAINTENANCE & REFURBISHMENT
Deicing boots are critical flight components and, like all other aircraft parts, require meticulous maintenance to ensure peak operational integrity.
Our service protocol involves a precise, multi-step process:
- Preparation: We begin by thoroughly removing existing sealants, accumulated dirt, and embedded debris from the boots.
- Protection and Enhancement: Following preparation, we professionally apply multiple new layers of specialized sealant.
